Most people have some idea about what they would like to do in this phase of their lives; however, pre-retirement programmes provide the opportunity for staff to begin planning for such an event in a structured way.
Retirement can have a significant impact, both emotionally and financially, on people so MMA programmes can be tailor-made on a one-to-one basis or can be run as a form of workshops.
