Investing in your future

Do you consider your car to be a necessity?

In today’s world millions of people obviously feel that to own a car is essential.  Owning a car provides a greater degree of freedom of choice when deciding when and where to go without having to rely on other more regimented forms of transport.

So how much do you spend on this necessity to gain such freedom?  ‘Five hundred, five thousand, fifteen thousand pounds.’  And how much does it cost to run?  ‘Insurance, tax, fuel, servicing, repairs.’

For many people the purchase and ownership of a car represents a significant investment in both time and money.

 Okay, so my next question to you is; How much time and money do you invest in your career and personal development?

Ageism and the Workplace Scrapheap
